Excellent machine for a small office. The all in one features are very convenient space saver. The machine is easy to configure. Software is included to to scan to your PC.

My 3200MFP provides great clarity of print, warms up quickly and delivers an amazing number of pages per cartridge. I have never had to call for service advice or a service call in the 3 years I've had it.
I would recommend this to others.

Short / expensive OEM print cartridge life and copies are prone to streaking. Printer tends to build up a charge on the drum during low humidity days. We can't improve this by changing cartridges.

We purchased this printer to replace our current outdated one for our church office. The quality of printing and ease of use along with the multi-functional options make it the right choice. Technical support and ordering of cartridges for this product has been exceptional. Thank you Xerox!

To really make the best use, connect this machine to your network and have it mail the faxes to you. We save a bunch of toner and paper by not printing junk faxes.
All of the features (copying, scanning to desktop, faxing from desktop, and regular scanning) work really well.
I would recommend this to others.

My son encouraged me to buy a Xerox printer after our last one of another brand died. I hadn't considered Xerox because I thought they were too expensive. I found out not only was I wrong about the pricing, but that the Xerox machine's superior build has proven less expensive to maintain and less expensive to copy with, because the cartridges last so long.
If our trusty workhorse ever gets tired out or we choose to upgrade, our next machine will be a Xerox, too. The Xerox quality and performance can't be beat, as we have experienced in our business.
I would recommend this to others.

We primarily use this MFP for fax, copy and scanning. It only serves as a back-up network printer. We got it because you can scan through your network. It required installing the software on each computer separately and then at each computer linking to the MFP through the software. This can be done with and without password protection. If you want color you have to do JPEG format, otherwise you can do PDF format for scanning in black and white. This is one disadvantage that you can't scan to PDF in color. It is nice to be able to scan directly to your own computer.
Our main issue with this unit is the paper feed system. Within the first year we had the machine it stopped feeding paper. The service person came out and said it just needed cleaning of the rollers. He also said that the paper collected moisture from the air which made it harder to feed and recommended using paper from a fresh paper only. I had never had this type of experience with any other printer and we have 3 others (different brand) in our group. So we then bought an extra year warranty just in case. The service person came out again in the second year for the same problem. He taught us how to clean the rollers. Which we have to do about every 3-4 months and more often in the warmer weather. I have never had this kind of issue on any other printer. This is the main downside and why it is rated Fair.
