Very disappointed in this mfp since I had 4 service calls so far and it's not even 5 months old. In fact, I had to have the scanner replaced and on another call I had to have the mother board replaced, and on another one I had to have the hard drive replaced twice. Not recommended.

I love the concept of Xerox's office printer - multi-function features with driver support for Windows, Linux and Apple. The Phaser 3635MFP is a solid printer that works great with only a couple minor "bugs". The touch-panel control pad has some annoying features (why can't I override paper types - requested color, for example, on jobs which are submitted to the queue, and the e-mail directory is clunky), but overall the printer is fast, the scanner works GREAT, and the fax is solid.
I would recommend this to others.

Xerox Phaser 3635 MFP has great feature. My most favorite one is the integration with LDAP. Scanning is very powerful and easy with multi options to scan to. You will have the option to scan to e-mail whether by searching the organization contacts or local and the option to scan to folder. Network scanning was a key element when we decided to purchase the product. Using the product to index all scanned documents to the company SharePoint has saved the company thousands of dollars.
I would recommend this to others.

We have 4 of these printers in our office. We love the multi-tray function and that they can be used in several different capacities. I love that they hold a whole pack of paper in one tray which is really handy when I am printing statements. Overall this product is an asset to our office. Thank you!

In our business we use all Apple computer products and so as you can imagine our Dell multifunction printer created more than a few head ache's on a network will all macs. We bought this Xerox printer when moving into a new office and I have been very impressed. This product has exceeded all of my expectations. It is very easy to scan, fax and print and it works great with all of our computers. We will surely use Xerox for our future printing needs.
I would recommend this to others.

i find the paper gets jammed in the machine often. Also takes a while to warm up and not very user friendly- confusing to operate some of the features

I am a small business owner. I have owned my Phaser 3635 MFP for the past 3 years. It is the best investment I have made. As a small business owner I fully depend on my multifunctional printer for all my printing, copying, and faxing needs.
I recommend this product to any small business owner. The customer support line is always very helpful and patient. The staff is knowledgable and very polite.

Great features and fast when it works. We have had a lot of issues with Xerox being on site at least 7 days total. At the present it is working with a new software update and a curcuit board is on hold for now.

I have owned this machine since 2008, as a professional I rely on this machine everyday. I have had very few problems if any, and have not had to have any kind of repairs. This machine I recommend for the home based and the small office folks. I have scanned thousands of pages, printed and used every feature this machine has.
I only rated this machine 4 out of 5 stars just becasue the set up software and IP configuratiuon is a pain.
Same with ease of use.Once you have set this up on a couple different computers it a little easier to figure out.(I have called tec support ) they are great.

The only reason it did not get a 5 on the ease of use is due to the drivers. When Xerox bought the Tektronix line of printers (Phasers), they did not take over the driver development. If you have to call for support (on a driver issue), they will say you have to speak to the support team for Phasers (folks from Tektronix support). It's as if they never merged the companies. It's a good printer. Don't let the driver support stop you. Once you're over initial issues, it works like a champ.

This product is great for offering a wide range of features in a small package. It comes standard with fax and scanning capabilities that you just don't find on very many MFP's of this size. And the small footprint makes it great for offices with limited space.

I am thrilled with the Xerox Phaser 3635MFP Multi-Function Printer. It does it all ! It prints (of course) and it makes one-sided or two-sided copies. It faxes and last, but certainly not least it does something that I've never seen before ....it emails documents!! This feature is so convenient ! The 3635MFP does all this and has a compact, countertop design. It also has the ability to notify Xerox when it's getting low on ink. Within a few days, a new printer cartridge arrives! Like magic! Now, all machines can have problems and in the 2 years that I've had this printer, it did malfunction once. However, a Xerox technician arrived the very next morning to fix it. I was very impressed! I have never been more satisfied with an All-In-One. I highly recommend the Xerox Phaser 3635MFP.

This multi functional machine has exceeded my expectations. I was the first to test this machine in the organization I work for. Since the past 2 years we adopted this for much of the departments work. It's very user friendly, quiet and It has some excellent features such as automatic 2-sided printing-scanning and faxing, scan/send emails directly from the machine, a built-in hard-drive for document storage, touchscreen, and collating multiple pages. I particularly like the USB 2.0 port in the front. When I plug a flash drive in I can print directly from any file on the drive. Documents can also be scanned straight into the flash drive as well. This machine has been serving me for approximately 2.5 years with no service related problems at all.
I would recommend this to others.

Vibrant colors and crisp imaging make for beautiful brochures and newsletters. The Phaser is our printer of choice for color printing - we print a lot of graphics and rely on the Phaser for crisp, realistic representation for photographs in our publications.
We have had many issues with reliability however. Plastic gears break often and are expensive to replace. This printer does not print well on cardstock. We have frequent repairs needed for the imaging unit.
I would recommend this to others.

I purchased the Xerox 3635MFP to move into the generation of digital documentation. This machine has every capability to work streamless with our business system. Our customers now have the ability to view online invoices and end of month statements by securely logging into their account. The Xerox creates PDF files however you prefer, whether black and white or color. Plus, the fax feature work very fast and accurate. The machine has a USB port to directly save data onto USB flash drives extremely fast. I highly recommend this business tool for all companies large and small.

Printer does not work well with Adobe. I called xerox tech and received no help.
Plus scanner does not integrate with my computer. I scan documents to flash drive then load on my computer to print. Tech did not help.
